Shipping policies

Orders placed after 12 pm Hawaii time are treated as if they came in the next business day

All items will be processed upon payment are cleared, usually within 2-5 business days.

For custom orders/made to order items, production time is approximately 5-7 business days. You will receive email updates on your piece and when shipping can be expected.

I will use the address provided by you (or PayPal). Please be sure that the address listed is correct.

All items will ship First Class Mail with tracking number included. 

Generally, shipments from Hawaii to the US mainland take 4-7 business days.

 Additionally, many international orders are taking much longer than normal to reach their destination - in some cases up to two months or more.

Please send me a message if you have any special shipping requests (registered, express, etc.) and I will let you know how much it will cost.

 If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me to make arrangements.

International shipping is available via USPS First-Class Mail International. If you do not see your country listed as a shipping destination, please contact me and I will gladly research shipping options for you. Please be aware that your country may impose a customs fee once your package has entered your country. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Cancellation

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All customized and personalized items are final, please double check name or personalized request before ordering.

Cancellations: Accepted on regular non personalized items.
